UConn Women’s Club Basketball is a competitive team, made up of 10-15 girls each year.  The team spends most of fall semester practicing and attending local tournaments to prepare for regional tournaments in the spring.  A successful regional tournament will qualify the team for nationals- previously held in years past at NCSU and The Ohio State University.  The team is looking for new, experienced players, who are willing to devote their time and hard work in both practice and games.  The team holds two mandatory practices a week and is coached by former University of Maryland point guard Chloe Pavlech.
